Lol, I realise I can't bench for shit. But I'm building up to it. I can do about 50 pushups at shoulder width and 20 at both closed and double width. I just got to get my technique right for benching. Plus I only have had the opportunity to start benching a month ago. Should get better soon. Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

Yeah i know what cheers and brice means. I was just wondering who he is cheersing 2. I have a friend in australia now and my name is brice so i was wondering if maybe he knew him or this is just a wierd coincidence.

I currently don't train in a particular art. I train under the guidance of Mark Hutton who has held the Australian Middleweight title for over 4 years. HE has trained in many arts including JJ, BJJ, Judo & TKD. He has compiled his skills together into a system of training which incorporates many arts and is tailored to my abilities and his fighting style.
