Hi, I'm Carolyn
I am completely new to this whole MMA thing. I am currently looking for a class or trainer to help me get started, but it seems there is varying information everywhere! I am living in Connecticut, and thought finding a forum would be a pretty good first step. If you have any advice, or can point me to a good intro article or something I'd be very appreciative.
