I'm 23 and from Toronto, Ontario
My boy friend and I joined a gym and we are starting our training next week!
I am so very excited!!
We are going to be taking BJJ, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai and MMA Classes.
I am slowly going to work my way to going to all these classes.
My boy friend wants us to go 4-6 days a week.
Even thou each class is on a different night, I'm not sure if thats maybe to much training. Or maybe its something I can work towards?
I am just happy I finally found a gym near me that offers more then just cardio kick boxing and self defense for women!
