I will do I am going to start a blog on monday as well as posting videos on youtube. I know I will get a ton of internet tuff guys who are going to tell me how they will kick my ass and what not but I figure if I put it out there for the world to see there will be a lot less chance of me backing out.

I use to run cross country in high school I weighed 285 my freshman year and ran 2 miles a day. My goal is to get up to walking 5 miles ever morning then I will start adding some interval type jogs in there till I am running 3 out of the 7 days.

I have found with walking that if I even take a day off it gets harder so walk everyday. Sundays walk is a little shorter and more relaxed but if I don't walk at all monday I get sore faster and winded quicker.

thanks bro when I was younger I studied some striking arts ie/TKD and Karate. The thing is we could never afford for me to stay so I would get the 3 months for $50 deal then have to quit.

Now that money is not the problem it will come down to getting my lazy ass in the gym everyday.I am really excited and have had alot of success with goals I set for myself this year so I hope I do the same with this.

Yeah its a good idea to not do hard cardio everyday. I do cardio almost every other day, but sometimes skip a day. Just as important to give your body rest after running as it is for lifting weights and such too. This way it will be easier for you to cover longer distances and not wear out so quickly. Best of luck on your venture, and keep us updated.

Sounds like a life changing journey you are on. Stick with it and do not give up. I started a weight loss program in Jan of this year and have lost over 30 pounds. Went from 220+ to 188. Like I said the key is to stick with it.
