Fatman2fighter has a little shameless behaviour in the past
hey thanks everyone the support out here is amazing. I really kicked into high gear today. Well high gear for me. I didn't realize just how out of shape I am. I can only walk about 1/4 mile without resting. I am going to walk it 4 times today though and then start adding a 1/4 mile a day untill I am walking a total of 5 miles which will take a couple weeks. Then I am going to start streching the distance out.

I am about to head up to the weight room at work on my lunch and do some lifting. I started a blog today to track my food intake and exercise.

Thanks again for all the support really it makes me feel even more determined.

any kind of advice on training or nutrition just ask
youll find about 10 people to help you out with every question you ask

Thanks I will for sure. As far as nutrition and training the school I am going to has a conditioning coach and nutritionist as well as a couple personal trainers so I am hoping to take advantage of that for now

Here is what I ate today though at least the breakdown of it.

Good luck Fatman2fighter! It's very good that you've got a nutritionist, because it's kind of tricky to eat right in that situation. You probably have a very slow metabolism so you need a strict diet, but on the other hand you really need enough of the right nutrients when you start training.

Oatmeal and rice seem to be very popular carb sources among people who train, which I find a bit strange, as they both have quite a high glycemic index, especially instant oatmeal and rice that has been prepared in a rice cooker.

By the way, may I ask how tall you are?

thanks Couchwarrior and Shamrock-Ortiz I am really happy with day 2 weigh in. I know it is water but I am down to 470.5 so -5.5lbs. Even though it is just water it is also a sign that I am on the right track finally.

My youtube channel is fatman2fighter but I have not posted and videos on it yet. I have some I am editing and working on uploading but will not get there till this weekend or monday at the latest.

I bought a new camera and I am still learning all the details of it yet lol I tried to fill my initial weigh in but it didn't turn out so I am going to try on Monday for my week 1 weigh in and go from there.
