14 year kickboxer, 4 years in judo. been enjoying the sport since UFC 6 or so. Always enjoyed Pride in it's hay-day just as much as i enjoyed the UFC. Fav fighters include GSP, Bonjaski, Saku, Renzo, Nick Diaz, Big Nog, Hendo, the Crow, and many more.

New to this community... recently banned from sherdog (apparently) after 4 years and about 3000 posts. Giving my opinion as an amateur coming up in the sport... i spent most of my time answering grappling questions and avoiding the 'shertards' looking for attention.

Posted yesterday in a thread dedicated to Saku stating; "Man, i love Saku. How can anyone not? You don't see heart like that everyday... it's just such a shame that his legacy is tainted by the works, or attempted works, that other fighters have brought to light. Just a shame."

heh, all in all i welcome the ban. a reason to get away from those god forsaken dicktards always looking for an e-fight.

so that brings us to the thesis of my thread. what can i expect around this community? Good debates... or a bunch of clowns jostling for the last word and to score points for sounding tough?

right on. I don't really mind the odd fanatic. Everyone has their favs, and some folks are plain stuborn when it comes to the facts... but ultimately, all i'm lookin for is someplace i can answer a few grappling questions and feel high and mighty while doing so. haha ok well that, or talk the finer points of matchups.
