im steve im 21 and live in SE michigan. im not a total newb to MMA as ive been a fan of the sport for a number of years but i just recently decided to get into shape and al least kind of train.
right now my biggest battle is losing my gut ive been jogging and hitting the stairs at work. my buddy keeps telling me to look into some diet supplements. what excercises and or supplements would be best for dropping a gut?
