Hey everyone
Basicly ill start off by telling who i am and what i do..
Hey im baz (Funnyman to friends) and im just thinking about doing mma
Well where to start.. I dont do anything in gyms like the rest of you do its normaly back garden fighting with friends But latly iv been thinking about doing MMA for awhile but i dont how to go the right way of getting into it.
Iv never done kickboxing, BBJ or anything like that I basicly do whatever i can do which is normaly Arm bars, OR what ever takes the moment
Sadly Tho i dont look like someone who could halm a fly i mean im 6'5 have no mussles what so ever But try my hardest to work out.
But when it comes to just back garden fighting i tend to fight friends who are alot built then i am so basicly im just looking for advice on how to get into mma and any workouts i can do to get my self ready for it.
Anyways any help will be welcome and thank you all if you help
