My names daniel mata, i'm 19 years old and i'm a college freshman. I got into MMA fighting to help myself lose weight and get into shape. I don't have a favorite fighter yet, but i hope to have an idea of who i like soon. I'm currently 6'1 and 300lbs. My goal is to lose weight and gain muscle. I can do bicep/tricep curls up to 50lbs, i can do more but not safely. i can do pushups but not really more than about 5. i cannot do a pull up to save my life. my legs are the strongest part of my body, i am not sure how much weight i can lift/push with my legs but i will find out at the gym today. i'm half mexican, half italian but i carry more mexican traits. well, i hope this is enough info, i'm just starting out so i don't have a whole lot to say.
