Hey all just a quick hello I guess! I am new to MMA really and found it interesting coming from Boxing! I enjoyed most fight's that I have got hold of!!!

I am also joining a gym to start MMA training because my Boxing gym don't do it!

Any tips that you could give me about my training for MMA!?
