so ill start off with saying that im 15 and live in the north east of england and that mma is something that im seriously considering as (hopefully in the future) a career choice.
allthough at this time im not in the best physical condition due to to much free time! I understand to even start on this route ill need be exceptionally fit. so while i am introducing myself here i have a question aabout all of this.
You start getting into shape, running, swimming whatever... Just increase the capacity of those ol' lungs
Meanwhile you contact some of the MMA-gyms near where you live and check them out, most places gives you a free tryout, so browse around until you find a place that suits you :P From there on people will be around to advice you
