New guy here on the forums.
I've done and currently practice Taekwondo and some gymnastics for martial arts. Right now working on adding some flips and tricks to my martial arts (XMA), but always looking for ways to step my overall game and health up to the next level. I'm looking into an MMA training center that is here in my local area, but want to get a little better idea of what all is involved. I know adding some BJJ training would definately help in self defense since it is definately a weak spot in TKD training.
Currently 35 years old going on 30. I float around from 135 lbs to 140 lbs. I consider myself to be fairly fit, but always have room to get better.
