deff add elbows
coach's are fine
try to get a few big name fights
change the order so its not just LW then WW etc....

Follow UFC rules, don't be so quick to restart fights when they are grappling, that is annoying.
Keep the fighters because they are amateurs, maybe pick up some ex-UFC/Pride fighters
Coaches are fine
Publicity wise they should advertise more
Refs are just that, refs.

The first thing I would change is the reffs
they stand them up way to fast

and I would put them in a cage not a ring it is so anoying how they have to stop and move them to the center of the ring when they get near the ropes.
