no love for the ground game

wow watched IFL tonight and it was very aparent that the IFL had no respect for the ground game tonight it seemed as soon as the hit the ground the ref was standing them back up.

What was with the stand up just because the were in the ropes?

They kept saying that this was the first live MMA fight on network TV and I dont think they gave a good representation of the sport by doing what they did.

Dont get me wrong I enjoyed the IFL fights tonight like I usually do but it just seams that they were very anti ground game tonight

I think the problem was Vladimir wasn't really trying to finish the fight. and for there first event on live TV having Vladimir laying on top of his opponent for the victory wasn't something the wanted done.

I'm sure if he was trying submissions or really trying to GnP it wouldn't have been stood up so much but he didn't really try much.

The stand ups did look dumb though and for the GP they should have 5 min rounds.

Lastly was I the only person who scored the Bart vs Hordecki fight a draw?

yeah I scored it very close and was scared that they were going to make it a draw

I believe if it was scored a draw they would've fought a 4th round.
