Exactly, Cro Cop hasn't exactly looked like a cheetah in his last few fights. He's been slow and lumbering. Choi is about as fast as a snail, but when you pack ridiculous power it only takes a shot or two.

Your forgetting that Choi is slow as shit, is a bit uncoordinated, and has no ground game what so ever. I see this being a kickboxing match but I wouldn't be surprised if Cro Cop took this to the ground. Considering Choi's ground skills I think Cro Cop would get full mount easy and GNP Choi to death.

I agree...A lot of people seem to think it was just his size that enabled him to land ontop of Fedor twice, but Choi is a former Korean Ssireum wrestler and I think that played a part...
Also agree that he looked crappy against LeBanner, but even LeBanner had nothig but praise for him after the fight, saying that he is very dangerousand it hurts to kick Choi because his bones felt so hard...

Hong Man Choi?
It looks like another win for CroCop. Looks like CroCop will have to break HMC's legs and make him verbally submit, inorder for Mirko to win. Would be interesting to see CroCop KO HMC but not sure if he can reach.

I can't believe that so many people think that CC would lose this fight.
I see CC KILLING HMC with leg kicks and then taking him down to get full mount.
The only reason Fedor couldn't take him down is because he knew he didn't have to. The fight was a joke and Fedor knew it. This fight will be a joke and CC knows it to.

Ever heard the term, "chopping down the tree"? Leg kicks do a lot more then just hurt. They take away the abilty to balance properly and they make it really hard to set your feet. After 10-15 of CC's massive leg kicks, he might just fall over. And no, I'm not joking. |
