Lightweight Semi's
If Aoki wins, it will be these 4 in the semi's:
Alvarez, Uno, Kawajiri, Aoki.
Man thats gonna be 2 great fights. I'm really liking this lightweight tournament.

people are really underestimating Nagata. It's sad really. I'll never count him out. However, IF Aoki wins, I hope the semi's is matched up like Kawajiri vs. Uno and Aoki vs. Alvarez. The reason is that Kawajiri needs to avenge his friend's lost and Aoki needs to test Alvarez's subs defense (though Joachim did a good job of that).

I think it will be. Remember Kawajiri glaring at Uno for like 20 minutes? He really wants to kill him, which means it should be a good fight. Although I think Alvarez will KO Aoki, I thought the same about JZ....

I think Aoki would tap Alvarez. If they fight, I think Aoki will baffle him by clinging on to him and attempting a bunch of crazy submissions.

Kawajiri wants to murder Uno because the fact Uno got a free pass was pretty crappy.
I think Alvarez is winning this GP because he's such a big and powerful guy. I'm actually starting to think this guy will be a top 5 LW in the next year.

LW's is by far the most stacked division in the world. no wonder the top 10 ranks change constantly, i'd say theres at least 20 LW's in the world that could easily compete for the top 10.
Like in other divisions it pretty easy to pick the top 10 or at least who is in it. but LW's is just so hard to pick a top 10.

You really think thats the main reason? He seemed heartbroken that Ishida lost, which then turned into burning hatred.

That's true but he and Ishida were pretty load about how they were angry about Uno getting the free pass.
