Affliction 9/10 (would be a 10 if not for Lindland and buentello)
DREAM 10/10
UFN14 7/10 (Rory, Anderson and Velasquez beatdowns)
Wow. Like, you kinda nailed that. It's funny cause you have 200 posts and were able to rate this well where as guys that have 500-900 have very odd interpretations of UFN. Personally I would have given DREAM a 9 based on the fact that we didn't get to see KID, Kang, Sakarai vs Diaz or CC vs anyone, but I guess it isn't really there fault.

This is the only reason why I dislike having them fight twice in one night. Maybe if they had it the next ppv Eddie could have recovered and still fight in it. Having Joachim be the winner, though I love Hellboy, kind of hurts the tourny in a way. Really at the end of the day it created more questions then answers when it came to Dream's Lightweight division. Still it was fun as hell to watch, to bad Kawajiri couldnt take it. Im gonna go cry now.
Him losing to Hansen (Who beat Kultar pretty easily and quickly) doesn't make him overrated.
No doubt, it's his nuthugging fans that make him over rated.

True, but he also has losses to Kawajiri, Alvarez, Aoki, Sakurai, Ribeiro. Realistically, he's 5 and 5 in his last ten fights. His losses are against top guys, but that's not real good consistancy. He looked real good last night, can't wait to see some rubber and re matches.

Also, it's obvious to me that Affliction needs to ditch the football field ring after watching this. Really prevents too much back peddling.
Yes and Yes. DREAM's LW division is so much fun to wathc. I'd love to see DW take a pill and hold a LW GP with DREAM. Man imagine BJ, Sherk, KenFlo, Huerta, Griffin, Guida, and Edgar mixing it up with Kawajiri, JZ, Aoki, Alvarez, Ishida, Uno and Dida? I think you are right on about the ring in Affliction, I couldn't put my finger on it but something seemed off aside from the crappy production and I think the ring is it.

For me more like:
Affliction 7/10
DREAM 9/10
UFN 6/10
Some great cards but not really great events for some reason.
I havent been able to see the Akiyama or Hansen/Aoki fights; anyone have a link I can see those?
Hunt was disappointing to say the least but that was slick sub by Overeem.
Aoki was like a snake on Uno just sliding all over him going for subs.
Alvarez/Kawajiri was an absolute war and a great win for Eddie.
That was a great armbar from Hansen to beat Gill and even though its from a technicality I DID pick Joachim to win the LWGP
**EDIT**
Thanks to Shogun and Lightfall for the links!
Akiyama is still the man!
Aoki is DANGEROUS with that Gogo, man he sets that up sweet. Hansen looked MEAN raining down those fight ending punches. But you gotta think that the 15min war with Uno played a part in Aoki being tired. Not saying Joachim wouldn't have won anyways but would love to see that matchup again.
You know that face where it looks like someone farted in my cereal, and I'm stuck there wondering why they did it, in disappointment and astonishment? Well I'm making it right now.
I truly don't understand how Dida manages to come up in about 86% of your posts, regardless of content.
The guy lost in the first round, very soundly at that as well. Now, I know Kultar did as well, and I'm totally against that, but I truely think the smartest and most realistic thing DREAM could have done was to make Ishida vs. Hansen. Not Dida, not Kultar.
And I still think Alvarez and maybe Hansen and Kawajiri of old could beat Dida standing.
If Ishida was in it then that would've made sense to me and I wouldn't have brought up Dida. But Gill sucks. He's not good at all IMO.
I hate the fact they brought Gill back in to be honest and I don't get why they would bring him in over Dida but that's just me.

Yeah, the guy's record is an enigma. But Hell Boy has fought the cream of the crop overseas.

I dont think the guy was trying to bash on the UFC but I think its obvious that the latest Ultimate Fight Night card was lackluster overall. I was much more impressed with both the Affliction and Dream fights than I was with the UFN fights.
