Hatsu Hioki (No. 4 FW) vs. Michihiro Omigawa
Jorge Santiago (No. 6 MW) vs. Mamed Khalidov
Satoru Kitaoka vs. Jorge Masvidal
Kazunori Yokota vs. Eiji Mitsuoka
Kevin Randleman vs. Stanislav Nedkov
Akihiro Gono vs. Yoon Young Kim
Marlon Sandro vs. Yuji Hoshino
Dave Herman vs. Jim York
Ronnie Mann vs. Shigeki Osawa
Hirokazu Konno vs. Tomoaki Ueyama
Ryota Uozomi vs. Yuichiro Yajima
Good event again. I'm starting to like Sengoku more and more. Its just a shame the love is ruined by the judging decisions.
Khalidov has CRAZY power. Wrecks Santiago off of his back with hammerfists.
Maybe the end for Kitaoka? That's two hard beatdowns in a row.
It's a shame but the FW division is so messed up it's untrue. Through retarded judging and bad management by WVR they may as well just do another tournament.
They have a throughly undeserving GP champion. Kanehara shouldn't have even made it into the Semi's. Chan Sung Jung was robbed in their QF match. Kanehara was soundly beaten by Hioki in the Semi's - but is STILL given a place in the final. WVR overlooked the wronged Chan Sung Jung, who finished his reserve fight (the only finish in the Tourny that night). So the Korean Zombie got royally screwed.
Then running parallel to this you have Michihiro Omigawa who is clearly being protected. By no stretch of the imagination did he beat Marlon Sandro - yet he ends up in the final. Just as today he did not come close to beating Hioki - but was gifted the decision. So is he the number one contender now?
The two men who should be fighting for the title are Hioki and Sandro. Unfortunately on NYE I think we will see Kanehara/Omigawa. Rant over...
