K-1 Grand Prix & HERO's MMA K-1 is a combat sport that combines stand up techniques from Muay Thai, Karate, Savate, San shou, Kickboxing and traditional Boxing to determine the single best stand-up fighter in the world (the "1"). HERO'S was a Japanese mixed martial arts promotion operated by Fighting and Entertainment Group, the parent entity behind kickboxing organization K-1.

Man that was great, it was years ago when i used to watch him.

I havent watch K-1 for years, my favourite fighter was Remy Bonjasky, I think that was the last time i watched when he won the 2004 WGP.

The reason i stopped watching it was because we got cable took out of our house, and just sort of forgot about it after that.

You got any good links i could watch to try and catch back up to date with it?
