Great idea mlsman!

I gotta go with my man Aerts, he's just so damn good, especially for his age. I think he's actually the closest to topple Schilt this year. He must have the best kicks in K-1 and has been fighting longer than anyone.

Feitosa's no joke though, the dude has some serious skills. He's got a very sneaky snap kick that's hurt a lot of people, so you gotta watch out for him.

I'm glad your doing this mls. I love K1 and it'll be good to actually get something going in here. Its always so dead in the K1 room.

I think that so many MMA fans are just not even aware that K1 exists and if they actually see it they will get hooked. There are lots of fans that enjoy the striking in MMA more than the ground game and theres no better place to see the best strikers in the world than in the good ol World GP.

Aerts all the way!!!

For those that are just getting into K1 and want to see some sick striking and KO's, I suggest going to a video site and looking up some of these fighters.

Peter Aerts
Andy Hug
Jerome LeBanner
Ernesto Hoost
Remy Bonjasky
Ray Sefo
Sam Greco
Masaaki Satake

well, thats a good start

Hopefully Aerts can keep it all together for the WGP this year. The talent pool isn't too deep, his biggest test is Schilt, mmayyybbe Hari.

Im lovin the love for K-1.

I hope Aerts takes the whole thing because he is near the end of his career and this would be a great way to go out. Like Plazz said, Semmy will probably be his toughest test and I know after their last fight when Aerts got hurt, Aerts has been wanting to fight Semmy again.

He would have won the whole thing twice if not for Schilt. Aerts did beat him once I'm pretty sure, but not in tournament format.

"The Dutch Lumberjack" is the best moniker going right now.
