I just saw kraus vs buakaw from K-1 World MAX 2008 Final 16 and I dont get why kraus lost. He landed way more punches than buakaw. All buakaw did was to throw kicks at kraus guard. Why did he lose?

In K-1 scoring, punches don't score as much as kicks.

As someone new to K1 that was a real fun fight. I loved it when KID half knocks him down and tries to rush in MMA style to finish him off and as revenge Masato unleashes an awesome kick to the balls.

The Andy Hug HL is great aswell. Axe Kicks to the head rule.

Yeah the Kid/Masato fight is real good.

If you like his Axe kicks you will like Andy's fight with Cro Cop. I haven't ever found the whole fight but I will post up the highlights of it in a second.

They say that the Masato vs Kid fight is the fight that saved K-1. Its a great fight man.

Andy Hug was the man. I bet you never saw someone get kicked in the top of thier skull while they were standing. haha

Watched the Schilt Hug fight next and going into that I was thinking "well there ain't no way he's going for the axe kick here lets see what else he's got" Apparently a great Chin and an inability to give up. Loving me some K1 tonight.
