Posted thid in the discussion thread but I'll post it here as well.

I'm gonna go ahead and predict this will be the FOTN and I can easily see this fight going either way, obviously I want Artur to win though.

Sato has power in his strikes Artur has been knocked down before but he has only been stopped once in his 43 pro fights and that was against Masato in their first fight, still a weird stoppage. Sato also likes to use leg kicks but Artur is real good at checking kicks.

Sato is tall to be fighting at Max being he is 6 ft 1 in but against Artur he isn't going to have as big advantage since Artur is 5 ft 10 in but on that Artur is generally the taller fighter in his fights so he is going to have to work through that.

Artur is probably the physically stronger one and like Sato he also has power in his strikes to stop Sato. But Artur can toss guys around in the clinch and that may help in this fight since this is two muay thai guys fighting.

What I'm hoping is that Artur uses his ridiculously good body shots to wear down Sato and also uses his leg kicks because Sato has proven susceptible to them, at least against Buakaw. As long as Artur stays out of brawls and fights technically, like against Souwer, and fights smart I see him taking this but he likes to brawl. And he needs to step up his conditioning some because that is what has hurt him in some fights.

This would be a great win to end/start the year with. Argggg his fight with Petrosyan seems so far away.
