Does anybody knows if Viacom also bought K-1?

I know they will start being on SPIKE this year and sometimes will have events that either lead into or follow Bellator. Not exactly sure on the ownership though.

Sadly this partnership has come to an end as this article says that due to lackluster ratings on Spike.com Spike has pulled K-1!
