In about 1 Hour and 15 minutes, K-1 Dynamite 2007 will begin, and your boy BP88 will be providing the Play by Play. One of the few places on the net giving this service.

This thread is only for PBP. Discussion will take place in the other thread in this same forum. I will try and drop in there from time to time, or in between fights.

15 mins to fight time for all who will be reading the PBP.

Here we go, fight time!

We are starting out with some backstage looks at the fighters.

I currently do not have audio, so please be patient.

Looks like we are starting out with the Junior Kickboxing tournament!

We are basically getting a lot of previews and hype ups and stuff for the juniors, and we have been catching glimpses of Fedor, Misaki, Akiyama and the like backstage.

Basically at the moment, we are just getting what I am guessing is an inside look at the lives of the junior competitors. Guys with the faulty streams, don't worry, you aren't missing much.

Sorry for the updates being so far apart, but I don't know how to do PBP on Japanese Toothpaste commercials.

We just got some hype for Fedor and Hong Man Choi. Now the hosts are talking about the fight, I am guessing.

Come on, lets get the fights going.

Alright, now we see some KID hype.

They are currently hyping Kid/Yahya a lot so hopefully it is up next, but I won't say for 100%.

Alright, for whatever reason, they are showing Bob Sapp vs. Takiyama. WTF? This is the official Tokyo broadcast.

Okay we are getting hype for Sapp/Oldgen now. Supposedely this guy Sapp is fighting is huge in Japan. Man, they are hyping this fight like crazy. This is pretty funny. From the sounds of it, the announcer ladies are getting all horny over Sapp.

Alright guys, so basically, up until this point no fight has taken place, but we have been getting a lot of Hyping and a lot of commercials.

From the sounds of it, Sapp's fight will be the biggest.

Alright, we are getting hype for Fedor vs Hong Man now, even though that is going to be on the Yarennoka card. Weird.

Now we are getting hype for Yoshi vs. Misaki.


No mention of Saku/Funaki yet.

Alright, so basically they are showing Saku's last fight now, as though we all forgot about it. I am guessing we are going to get 10 mins of Saku/Funaki hype, and then we will get some fights.

I think it is safe to say PISS BREAK!

If you guys would prefer me to do the PBP in one post, then someone hit me up in a PM or post in the discussion thread.

Alright we just got a LONG ass hype up for Saku/Funaki, and now hopefully after a whole HOUR of previews and hype ups, we can see some fights.

Now the announcer dudes and chicks are talking again. A couple of these chicks are boneable.

OMG. Now they are going to show a Masato fight. AHHHHHHHH! Get to the live fights!

So basically, we are seeing a Masato fight and we had a McDicks commercial. My provider was kind enough to change the channel during the commercials, lol that was awesome.

Yeah so basically, piss break.

Alright, I merged all my old posts to clean up space.

We just finished with the fighter introductions.

The kid fights are up first.

Sorry, I don't know there names, so I might just be going guy vs. guy, or I will try and hunt down there names. Or I might just post the quick results after the fight is over.

For the major fights, I will be doing minute by minute updates.

Alright Hirayo vs. Saiga is up right now. This fight is K-1 Rules.

Round 1: Wow this is a wild exchange of flying kicks and wild roundhouses. This is a pretty entertaining bout. Hirayo is picking him apart, and Saiga goes down, grabbing his nuts. He goes to his corner and gives us a scream. An exchange of more crazy kicks, Hirayo getting the advantage. End of Round 1. 10 - 9 Hirayo IMO.

Round 1: Hirayo is just picking him apart in the second, constantly landing fast and hard kicks, all over the place. His opponent is just taking a BEATING. Saiga goes for a flying wheel kick! Again! This is a wild fight!

Hirayo is setting up his combos nicely and landing massively in the standup, and Saiga is looking for the one kick KO. Hirayo lands a MAJOR barrage before the bell, and dodges a back kick. Round 2 is over. Commercials. 10 - 9 Hirayo

Keep in mind, I won't be doing the major fights like this. This is just because I don't know these guys.

Round 3: Hiroya lands huge head kick to start the round and begins working low kicks. They clinch up and a big knee by Hiroya, Saiga goes down on a slip. Hiroya is just picking him apart with kicks all over, and setting up nicely. He is getting the better with the punches as he goes to the body and lands a quick combo. This fight is all action. No feeling out process. Saiga is just trying to be flasy and is getting his ass handed to him. Nice push kick and then a huge punch combo for Hiroya. Huge knee to the gut for Hiroya. Saiga is getting schooled, as he throws wild spinning back kicks. Saiga is rocked by a huge barrage. More low kicks and Saiga is looking done. End of round. What an exciting fight! 30-27 Hiroya!

All three judges give it to Hiroya. What a toolage.

Winner by UD: Hiroya

Okay, I am not going to do that for the next Jr. fight. I will just post quick round by round analysis for this next one.

Kenji vs. Yudai is taking place.

Round 1: Both guys have been going back and fourth, with Kenji working his kicks nicely. This round was a lot of back and fourth, with a bit of clinching, but a real fast pace. Yodai has been landing more, but Kenji has a little more power behind the shots he does land. 10 - 9 Kenji.

Round 2: Edited out?

Round 3: Yodai is really pushing the pace, being the aggressor. Yodai lands a nice barrage, countered by his opponent. Kenji is a standing target and gets pounded on. Nice headkicks by Yodai. A really fast pace. Yodai finishes strong, landing more strikes and with more power now. 10 - 9 Yodai. I can't give out of 30, since I haven't seen round 2.

All three judges give it to Yodai.

Winner by UD: Yodai

Alright guys, Hideo Tokoro vs. Kiyoshi Tamura is up next! Finally some names, even though the Jr. fights were entertaining

Hideo Tokoro vs. Kiyoshi Tamura

Round 1: Small feeling out process, and Tokoro shoots for the TD. Tamura looks relaxed as he sprawls and moves away. Big kick by Tamura, and another to the body. Tokoro charges in, and Tamura ends up on top. Tokoro quickly goes for a leg lock, but Tamura is having non of it. Tamura works some GNP, and they are back to the feet. Another nice kick for Tamura. Tokoro charges in with a barrage. Another good body kick lands for Tamura. Tokoro tries for a flying wheel kick but lands on his ass. Round ends on the ground. 10 - 9 Tamura.

Round 2: More feeling out as Tamura lands a nice kick that trips up Tokoro. Another kick catches Tokoro off balance. Tamura catches a kick, but Tokoro goes for the leg lock. A nice transtition and Tokoro is on top.

UPDATE!

I am sorry, it looks like my provider is switching to Yarennoka. Sorry, I am going to switch to the PBP for that then. I will post results later.
