I think that mkes sense. He won't be ready for DREAM 5. So I think he should have a fight at the MAX FINAL. And then spend the next few months working his BJJ none stop for a NYE fight.

Just out of the guys who got eliminated you have, Drago, Kido, Stevelmans, Zambidis, Kraus (won the reserve fight, not guaranteed a fight, Buakaw (though he has a fight in a couple months already). Really good fighters that would show where Dida is.

Yea it would defiantly be intersting to see plus fights in K-1 build Dida's star in Japan which is pretty big already judging by where his last 2 fights are placed.

MLS I'm just wondering because as you know I don't follow MAX closely would Dida have that kind of a height advantage against the majority of fighters?

No, not really, Zambidis is probably the next shortest guy and he is 5'5 but he hits like a truck. Most guys are going to be around 5'8 and above.

Well that's to bad because Dida seemed to really respond well to having the reach advantage in a fight.

I would also like to see dida back in mma cuz theres not to many lightweights with the power that he has but i mean he needs tdd fosho. Neways i thought he looked pretty good in that fight and another fight to gauge where hes at would be good. Especially at the same or better odds hehe

Watched the fight again and Dida did a good job at keeping his hands up and using the gloves to block, his defense was impressive.

Every punch Dida dropped him with was sick. I mean that uppercut at the end was nasty and the first knockdown was pretty slick as wel.

But honestly I can't get over that counter hook he landed. I mean wow.

EDIT - Yea MLS his defense looked pretty good to me.

I was trying to work on that gif for you but i couldn't find any online and i'm not really sure how to make them. I'll try tho.

Dida did a good job in that fight. I didn't think he would win but he proved me wrong and really did well.

Edit: I have the gif made for you. I made it where he has a big combo for the third knockdown. The second one was just from a leg kick so I wasn't sure if that was the one. If it is let me know and i'll redo it.

I won't be able to post the gif til tomorrow morning tho.

Edit 2:

The website I would use to make the gif won't load for me. It was working earlier but now it won't and I don't know why. I used a trial program to make the gif since the website won't work. It has a watermark in it so won't be that good for a sig. I'm gonna try the website tomorrow or on a different computer and see if it'll work and if I can get rid of the watermark. But here it is for now.
