Its not even close MMA>>>>>>>>>>>>>K-1. Both are fighting but one is more complete. K-1 doesn't interest me much because MMA exists. I just like the World Grand Prix and am a huge Aerts fan.

I like MMA better but its hard to deny that K1 events are always fun and exciting to watch. I cant think of the last time that K1 failed to deliver but I can name a ton of MMA cards that were boring.

Obviously you can't get a fair argument going here, especially since this place is called "MMA Forum."
If I went over to k-1fans.com and asked which is better, K-1 or MMA, we all know what the response would be.

I enjoy watching K1 but MMA is a much more varied sport than K1, that's why I like it better.

Thing is, I don't at all enjoy the fighting concept in K-1 as much as MMA. As primary a grappler seeing good moves on the ground is the shit! Why would I want to mis out on people lika Aoki and Hazelett?
Also, didn't Badr Hari stomp Bonjasky in the finals and say "I came here to fight! He didn't!" when it turned out he had actually hurt Bonjasky?

Thats just how badass Hari is. Theres badboys like Ortiz and Kid and then there is Hari who is just on a whole other level. Remy was faking that shit too!!!

K1 is great fun and i love watching it, but theirs only like 8 fighters in it or something, its the same card nearly every year. Theirs not enough fighters in it to even call it a sport lol.
