I interpret "quick study" as "not ready yet".

Hahaha. My friends and I used to call that the Brockflip backface.

But seriously, Brock Lesnar is nothing without Paul Heyman at his side. Look how quickly his wrestling career faded after Heyman ditched his ass for The Big Show.

he is still an incredible athlete. i watched a vd of him benching over 700 lbs when the world record is like 770 or somthing like that. and i watchd him squatover 1000 lbs. he is a freak and even tho he did botch the SSP (if u havent seen it. its a 300 pound muscle man do a ganer or a backflip looking forward, and landing on another guy) and brock landed on his head. buts its still remarkale for some1 his size being able to do that

Whats impressive in that is that most athletes who would have landed like that would have broken thier necks... He just had a concussion. It shows what kind of shape he is in.As for weather he is ready or not... I think that depends on the level of competition ... For the people who have no shot at a title in thier carears I think he was ready in the beginingFor a title.. I can agree he probably needs work before going for a title.. as for those in the middle ranks... His strength will only get him so far.. He might be one of the strongest guys in MMA but His skill is not up to the top athletes... But I think He is gonna be ok.. THe kid ha a good heart, I think he will go far.

I've seen him land the shooting star press countless times before that, so it's not like he couldn't do it. Still, it was one of the funniest **** up's I've seen in pro wrestling.

He also F5'd The Big Show, who is a legit 500 pounder. He's a tough son of a *****.

I can only imagine Brock doing these moves in a REAL FIGHT.

Plus, the guys he'll be fighting will weigh significantly less than the WWE guys.

Brock would be Super Heavyweight or HW depending on which Org he's in.

I guess he'll have to lift 205-325 pound feathers. lol!!!!

Lesnar has a big mouth and I hope that Hong Man Choi punches him in the face so hard that Vince McMahon sh*ts his pants.

With all that said, I don't care who Brock trains with. He may be a great athlete and he may be developing solid skills, but you do not want your first fight to be against a guy who's a foot taller than you, outweighs you by 80 pounds and has more experience than you.

I'm waiting for something like this to happen to Lesnar:

What the hell did I just watch? Some guy who can't throw a punch, is incredibly slow, and didn't even hit the guy beat a midget?

You think some clown like that will beat someone with Lesner's d-1 wrestling skills, conditioning, and strength? Please...

That was just horrible the midget jumps on the floor and flounders like a dying fish and the other guy just looked confused then starts hitting him with punches that looked like he'd never thrown one before lol
