How is the horizon looking for upcoming/future stars of K-1?

Or is it really that dead?

Ben Edwards is a beast. Ghita is ridiculously talented. Saki is finally coming into his own. Verhoevan has shown some flashes of real talent. I think Lashenko could be a force if he got on a serious strength training program. Gerges is top tier. Spong looks like he belongs at HW these days. The talent is there. I just dont know about the organization of it all. They have plenty of great up and coming fighters and there are still a few old warhorses that you can throw in the mix. Its not for a lack of quality fighters.

Seeing as Saki and Spong have shown their interest in MMA i'm pretty sure Ghita is going to be the top dog in the HW scene. I'm sure these two are going to cross over to the other sport eventually.
