With KOTC you tend to get a bunch of really sloppy fights with a bunch of cans and occasionally a main event with decent talent. The production isn't the greatest and the camera work sub-par. However sometimes these lesser skilled guys go all out and put on a great show. You don't get a bunch of ads and filler, just fight after fight after fight. A lot of fighters go through KOTC and the turnaround is constant so the announcers don't usually have an agenda and rather than suck one of the fighters off the entire fight, they will actually call the action as they see it. Also this is a place for young fighters on the rise and you occasionally get a glimpse of a brilliant talent when it is still in its developmental stages. There is something really rewarding about seeing that same fighter make good on a large stage some years down the line.
