Because I frequently cook for a group of people, I usually have to make a crowd-pleaser like baked pasta or something. I've found that they will eat pork ribs that I prefer to leave in a teriyaki marinade for a day or so; however someone usually yanks them out and grills them after less than 8 hours.
I have to freeze more stuff because I'm pretty sure they can figure out how to work the microwave. I guess I also have to do more with brown rice because the swplets have made L&M bring home some boxes of Rice-a-Roni, and that sh!t grosses me out.

I was about to start up a "FOOD RECIPE" thread. Anybody have their favorites they'd like to add; appies, entrees, dessert, anything in relation to culinary arts.
I'll start off with the secret recipes of a Mediterranean restaurant I slaved at over the summer to understand the restaurant industry. Be my guest and try it out.

Hummus...I know how to make in theory, but havn't done it.
- chick peas
- olive oil
- Greek salt
- Greek spice (that's what they called it. It's reddish brown. Maybe cumin.)
- dash of paprika
Chicken Flavored Rice.
- chicken stock
- dill spices
- lime juice
As for the meat the preparation is intensive; 24 hours.
Best to buy at supermarket...hhaha!
