Hhahahahhaha...that really made me laugh. Homer J. would be proud.

But seriously that is a heart attack waiting to happen. Good lord that's about 5,000 mg of sodium intake packed with 100+ grams of greasy pork lipids, sodium nitrate galore, oh that looks good. But my heart wouldn't be the same after.

Curious, what's your two week detox plan...lolz!

I have to freeze more stuff because I'm pretty sure they can figure out how to work the microwave. I guess I also have to do more with brown rice because the swplets have made L&M bring home some boxes of Rice-a-Roni, and that sh!t grosses me out.
Whenever you're back on would like this recipe por favor.

LOlz...that increased ur happy meter two fold, but decreased ur life expectancy two fold. Guess it evens out.

I was about to start up a "FOOD RECIPE" thread. Anybody have their favorites they'd like to add; appies, entrees, dessert, anything in relation to culinary arts.

I'll start off with the secret recipes of a Mediterranean restaurant I slaved at over the summer to understand the restaurant industry. Be my guest and try it out.

Tabouleh salad
- a cup of parsley
- diced tomatoes
- diced cucumbers
- olive oil
- lemon juice

Hummus...I know how to make in theory, but havn't done it.
- chick peas
- garlic
- olive oil
- Greek salt
- Greek spice (that's what they called it. It's reddish brown. Maybe cumin.)
- Tahini
- dash of paprika

Chicken Flavored Rice.
- chicken stock
- dill spices
- oil
- boil

Greek Potatoes.

- oregano
- lime juice
- oil
- salt

As for the meat the preparation is intensive; 24 hours.
Best to buy at supermarket...hhaha!
