Moral of the story go through "Play Therapy."
That kid will die of fatticity long before lung cancer lol. I find it funny that they mention how young smokers are when the parents have to be the ones responsible for turning them on to it.

I once went to get a dime sack and the drug dealers sister was having her kids teach another girls kids how to smoke out of a bong. They couldn't have been older than seven and probably closer to four.

The drug dealers family had these funny games where they would pass two pipes at opposite directions and when someone got both at once they would all exclaim "she or he has to take two hits!" Fawkin weirdos, lickin the resin out of the ends of antlers and all that. Real mountain men/stoners.

I'm actually on my fourth time quitting. Each time I quit for minimum six months, always did it cold turkey, and always fell off the wagon from either drinking, work, or stress. Just remember the longer you go without, the grosser the next one will taste.

Definitely. After about 7 months I picked back up again but the first one was terrible...

This is cool. Alot of smokers wanting to quit on here. And non smokers wanting to help. Awesome. Day 15 for me now. Stopped the patches too. Just tooting on my inhilator. Have to say that smoking cannabis helps. If you dont smoke Mary Jane then I wouldn't recommend starting to help you quit tobacco. For me, it has helped because all smokers dont just miss the tobacco but also the habit of bringing hand to mouth. My inhilator helps with that too but with a blunt I still get the sensation of smoke travelling down my throat, handy.

Everyone is free to use the thread as a sort of diary if you like. That way we can continue to help each other and track our own quit dates etc.

Hope my absence from this thread since I started it hasn't proved to be conspicuous. I have actually been ill.I quit smoking I get ill. Bloody irony.

Good job Tyson, glad to see your making the positive choice with your life.

I've always wondered why people even began smoking in the first place. I've never smoked, smoked weed, and I don't drink (often). I will NEVER try a cig, I most likely won't ever smoke weed and drinking isn't a big deal to me.

I understand why people would smoke weed or even drink on occasion, but cigs is so pointless and the most harmful!

Thanks man. You make a very good point. I like to think iI'm an intelligent guy, so I looked at this smoking business in a logical way. What benefits do I achieve from smoking? None. So I Just thought, smoking is actually completely illogical, counter-intuitive and counter -productive . It literally makes no sense. So yeah you're right Inter, smoking is indeed pointless.
