Was 175lbs and fat at 18, now I'm 5'9" 146-154lbs depending on the time of day and what I've eaten.

As far as being a fighter goes I'm in great shape for kickboxing because that's my love and I'm always training, but if I tried to grapple my poor back would probably implode.

It's nice to have a place to post this information that nobody cares about!

I'm 175-180 now but I could seriously get down to 135 if I really wanted. Back when I wasn't a slob I was pretty thin.

I am 6'1" about 190 but with a bit of a gut, In shape I would likely be able to drop 15-20lbs and cut to LW.

6 foot 1, 210 pounds. I revamped my routine about two months ago and started hitting the gym full force - 6 days a week as versus every other day. Also started focusing on core areas each visit (back, legs, chest, biceps and triceps, etc.), which obviously resulted in an increased list of target exercises. I honestly can't believe how quickly the changes and gains have come... pretty amazing to see the effects of a serious routine. No gloating or anything like that... just genuine and pleasant surprise.

All that to say that were I in fighting shape, I'd likely be at 185. I'm in a bit of a bulking stage right now, but were I to get going on cardio and diet, 185 would be more than doable. That day, however, will come only after I decide that I can live without fried chicken and hamburgers.

It's tough to say for me I could probably go anywhere from 125-145 it would have to depend on if I was cutting or not. I'm 5'8" and currently weigh in the range of 140-145 if I were to step on the scale at this very second. I'm dreadfully out of shape at the moment though. I have weighed at most about 155 when I was in shape and working out and biking daily though(strange I know).

5'4 at 120lbs, I could use some more muscle and drop a little fat, so I think I could do either 125 or 135.
Bulking it is, no matter what.
