Just got back from the doctor's office and have an actual number to put to my lean muscle mass.

Total Weight - 271
Lean Muscle - 168
Body Fat % - 38% (roughly)

That is not dead which can eternal lie and withs strange aeons even death may die.

Up at 6:30 a.m. Work until 5:30 pm. Into the gym at 6pm for strength and conditioning. MMA class at 8pm. Dead at 9:30 pm. Hom for din dins at 10:30. Liver and veg.

If I keep this up and it doesn't make me lose weight I will hang myself.

Hopefully you guys get another one going after this and I'll join in. I'm assuming some new years resolutions will get a good one going . Going to start my 3rd martial art soon, Wing Chun, which will mean I'll be training 5 nights a week. Kind of lazy not to start losing weight then haha. Good luck you fat bastards

Ate well all day yesterday again. Did 20 minutes with the kettlebell/various bodyweight exercises.

Im already starting to feel better although thats probably cos im not eating all the crap anymore.

It's weird, after only a few days of excersising and not eating too much crap i feel so much better! Then again usually i probably would have eating a McDonalds and a pizza by now :P

Started doing GSP's rushfit thing, seems pretty good and allows me to get motivated!

I tried Rush Fit once before, it kicked the shit out of me. Hope it works out for you! It's a great program!

Going to eat eggs and a slice of whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a protein shake for breakfast.
