I have the Rush Fit core workout to do tonight in my house (off night from MMA).

I'm starting to think what I eat during the day could be an issue - but I'm not wanting to eat rabbit food and be miserable on a cold construction site either!

Thanks to Leakler for the sig

Rush fit is great and totally kills you but gets kinda annoying after a few weeks. Always the same guys, always talking the same stuff The lady in there is a nice feature. Kind of hurt my wrists after a while as well.

Yesterday I went to an exercise forum, laid out all of my physical problems, the kind of equipment I have, and my weight to try and get some help forming a training regimen I can stick to without hurting myself.

You know what I got? 30 plus posts and 5 private messages telling me that I'm too fat and not to waste my ******* time. One notable professional trainer made the enlightened comment of "I bet you can't even see your own dick. If I was there I would just bitch slap you till your were crying too hard to eat."

I. Hate. *******. People.

Is that one of the "If you are under 6'2 you should kill yourself" websites? Smh. Technically someonne who is 6'3 should be between 152 and 192 lbs. Brock Lesnar is 266. But yeah, all that shit is correct :?

That's pretty harsh, you'll never get such treatment here though. Google is your friend here i think, if you have a kettlebell, look for a good kettlebell dvd etc..

All I wanted was some ideas from professional trainers. Google is nice but I wanted some real informed opinions so that I didn't hurt myself doing this. Between my back and my leg finding a good exercise regimen is kinda tough.
