2 eggs scrambled and one piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter

Lunch:
Footlong whole heat cold cut from subway

Dinner:
Footlong whole heat cold cut from subway :P

One was curtsey of the lady so how could I say no to a free sub?

As you can see my day lacked some protein, I'm definitely going to start drinking shakes in the morning.

Eggs for breakfast are the worst but their so good for you that i'm almost forcing myself to eat them.

Started working out at home a few weeks ago and feeling better each day. Part of that comes from cleaning up the diet and not eating everything and all of it.

Just sadly ate two hamburgers

The good thing is that they were lean Angus burgers so they weren't terrible. I still have like 1000 calories left on the day so I can definitely make this day count.

It's pretty hard then to give you optimal advice without seeing you in person and without seeing what you're actually able to do and what not.

If you're handicapped with your leg, you may try an indoor rower. Normally there your would also use your legs, but you can reduce the leg motion to a level that is comfortable to you.

But again, it's hard to give you advice without seeing you in person. So I'd be really the best to ask the physiotherapist you've talked about.

Sudden weather shift has changed my age from 29 to 60 over ******* night. Still maintaining diet but I'm hardly moving.
