Good thing I didnt sign up. Over 30 pints, two KFCs, one McDonalds, one burger takeaway. Weddings dont go well with weight loss haha.

Just weighed myself and i've gone down from 222 pounds too 214 pounds, guess i had a lot of takeaways stored in my stomach haha :|

Nice job! I'm only going to weight myself after 4 weeks and at the end. I like seeing bigger losses to be honest

I'm bulking up, weight is roughly the same but noticeably thinner around the gut and bigger around my arms/shoulders.

EDIT: 157, leaner around the tummy and bigger around the shoulders/chest/legs
