MMAF Weight Loss Challenge! (Credit Prize)

We can't have the physique of Sexyama without working for it! I mean seriously, we all frequent a forum which is dedicated to a sport that requires it's participants to be in peak physical shape. That being said, most of us (speaking mostly about myself here) aren't where we would like to be in terms of our body composition.

That's why this competition is starting! Let's kick each others asses and lets get into shape. Your body is your temple and you should treat it as such.

This is a 8 week competition (treating it as a fight camp, clever huh?) and whoever loses the greatest fat % wins the competition. However, since there will be people joining who don't have much fat to lose, and are in it to better their health. I will give 1 million credits to anyone who posts regularly in this thread and actually completes the 8 week challenge.

Everyone entering MUST:

-Submit a photo of their scale. (Preferably with a phone calender/news paper beside it, but it's not required)
-Must post updates in this thread regularly (Can be as little as once a week, as long as I know you're still into it)
-Must be ready to lose the competition to me

**Before and after pictures are NOT required but are definitely encouraged. You may post before and after when the competition is done if you don't feel comfortable with posting a before now.


With that being said, post your starting weight pictures, and best of luck!



Killz EDIT: Credit prize is 5 Million Credits (5,000,000) based on Body weight % lost.
Also, 100,000 credits per entrant upon completion of the 8 weeks.

Initial Steps
- Drop to two glasses of pop a day. Utilizing caffeine pills to mitigate withdrawal symptoms.
- Control food intake using protein shakes and snacks.
- Cardio and muscular endurance regimen. Wear knee brace and utilize yoga style stretching for every session. Twice a day.

Initial steps subject to review dependent upon weekly results.

You might want to go once a day for the first week or so to ease yourself into it. But you can do whatever you like just a suggestion!

I'm thinking about it. My body is protesting more than I expected. Still... it felt good to work out. I haven't been able to really do that for a while.

Got my picture, just got to find my phones USB haha, nice to see so many people signing up to this!

I weighed in at 222 pounds, which is depressing to say the least! Did a workout yesterday and ate as well as possible, feeling pretty sore today though :P

Here we go:

I weighed in yesterday morning at 183.6lbs. Ive probably got maybe 10lb of body fat to lose.



I took some 'before' shots, which i'm going to post now, to shame myself into losing the gut. My goal is to lose the fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible. (which is a lot less than 6 months ago )



Ate really well yesterday and ran 2 and a half miles last night. Todays plan is to get the kettle bell out tonight and do some body weight exercises like press ups and sit ups as well.

Im doing this whole thing without the use of a gym.

Forgot to weigh yesterday, did it today.
89 kgs - 196.2 lbs
Hopefully i'm gonna be able to lose, 15-20 pounds.

Another 10-15lbs and you have abs.. good stuff!

Since my iPhone is derping I'll just say I weighed in at 169.0 and I'll get the picture up one way or another.
