Online poker, where do you play?

I'm looking to get back into playing poker online, its been a few months, probably a year. I used to go on pokerroom.com but what I'm wondering is what sites do people use on here? Which one is the best? I'm not paying for the privilege either. I dont want to be playing for real money yet because I'm a little rusty. Although I think it would be cool if a bunch of us use the same site, bragging rights etc.

I have not played for real money online for a long time. I live in the US and i guess we have new laws now but i have not looked into it.
I play on Facebook for fake money.:)

888 seems to be popular Europe. Fulltilt and PS. Lots of players from all over the world. Be wary of the Germans, Russians, and Aussies. The wildly aggressive bunch and the latter being calling stations.

I have not played since the massive shut down of gambling sites and freezing of online assets on the poker sites in the Usa.

Is there any online poker sites legal to gamble real money in the USA anymore? if so i am curious about getting back into it

That's a good question. I believe Hurrah's (brick and mortar casinos) are trying to make a move to fill in the void, but legislation will block em from taking a complete monopoly. It'll happen sooner than later where the US market opens up again.

Available sites for US players.

Lock Poker
Sports Interaction
Bodog
Carbon Poker
intertops.com

PS: You can always move to Mexico, Canada, Asia, or Europe...juss sayin. :thumb02:

Forgot about that! In a way I think its a good thing, but on the other hand I think the government just want you to gamble with their money rather than a private firms. I bet the casinios are happy.
