Got an interview lined up....help with questions

Hi there brehs.

I managed to get an interview with Bellator fighter Jessica 'Evil' Eye.

If you have any questions you want to submit, then this is the place to do it. Of course keeping them tasteful and respectful (which I know you ALL are more than capable of doing).

Some of the JJ Ambrose questions could work well in this interview, so I may pinch a few, I thought of a few myself too, but of course I wanted everyone on the forum to have the opportunity to put questions forward too.

Anything guys?

Unfamiliar?

Jessica Eye is coming off of a huge win at Bellator83 where she choked out Bellator Champ Zoila Gurgel in under a minute of the 1st Round in a non-title fight.

She is set to face Munah Holland at Bellator 95, April 4th.

Thanks for your help guys.

What's it like trying to get you name out there in the world of WMMA? Do you think it is more difficult to do than your male counterparts?

What are your thoughts on WMMA being in the UFC?

Those two popped in my head, I'll try to think of more later.

I'd like to know what she thinks about the anti-WMMA crowd, does it bother her that people don't wanna watch women fight? etc.

What are her thoughts on MMA possibly being in the Olympics in the future?

How does she feel MMA fighters are compared to other sports like football/basketball in terms of athletic ability?

What is her number and can M.C have it? etc.

Who are her sporting idols - both in MMA and elsewhere?

If she could fight "one of the boys" who would it be and why?

Get a female figher's perspective on PEDs as well. Both in WMMA but also in MMA in general.

Some great questions guys! Awesome Liza cannot wait :D

"Who do you have in Cyborg vs Rousey if it were to ever happen? And would you ever consider moving up to 135 to fight Ronda and enter the UFC division?"

"How do you feel about not holding a belt, even though you just beat the champ in Gurgel?"

Does she think the development of WMMA is comparable to men's MMA and if yes, where would she place it┐ Early 1990s, mid/late-90s, early 2000s┐ What would have to improve┐ And if it's not comparable, what are the differences to the development of men's MMA┐

What she thinks is better for/to promote WMMA (at the moment), pure women organisations like Invicta and Jewels or when it's incorporated like Bellator, Strikeforce (when it was around) and now UFC.

In general, I like when interviews sounds organic. I.e. when one answer leads to the next question instead of prepared random questions just checked. It takes a bit more preparation and spontaneity though. You would have to think about what the answers might be, to prepare some follow-up questions.

If you were to give one bit of advice to any young female just starting MMA what would it be?

Budhisten 02-04-2013 10:37 AM

Killz are you ashamed to ask her yourself? Go on little girl, she won't bite :)

Aaaww shucks, they grow up so darn fast :p
