Ali. Tyson even in his prime had difficulty with the jab and taller fighters. And Ali in his prime before the break was untouchable.

Had Tyson gotten some more time to develop before the money got to him and he bought his own hype, as in had Cus not died Tyson might have learned to deal with the jab and might have caught Ali in the first fight. But Ali would have taken the next two.
