How are you working out and is it working

So a bunch of us from work started doing different work out videos ect the past month and i was wondering what and if you guys do any work ot videos ect when you are not at the gym.

we have different routines going around work from Insanity, hip hop abs, p90x, zumba..ect

Im currently really enjoying Insanity and am starting to feel results and see little differences in by body structure. i changed up the calender though and mix in more of the insane ab routine for my main focus is my abs (really want my 6 pac back)

what you guys use and is it working. kinda want to see if there is any better at home workouts that people are doing.

also trying different supplements and vitamins ect

I'll come back and give you my whole run down but I mainly do kettlebells. I'll post my supplements soon as I take about twelve different things.

Okay, I'm back.

So I'm a huge proponent of diet over exercise, especially if you're after a six pack. But you didn't ask about diet, so here's my exercise.

I do mostly kettlebells, I have swing a 55lb and a 70lb, super helpful a "functional strength." Aside from that I do all body weight routines, I did Rushfit for a little while, decent workout, kind of gimmicky though.

If you're after abs I do this every morning, and got results pretty quickly.

I also do a ton of stretching, it will help prevent the meathead look and is just generally good for you.

As far as supplements go, I take probably too many in most peoples eyes, but here's my list.

I take these every morning after breakfast, I also drink at least two glasses of water in the morning, one before breakfast and on with breakfast. I also drink at least one during my workout which varries on before or after breakfast

-Multi-Vitamin
-Amino Acid complex
-Iron
-5-HTP
-B-12
-Biotin
-Flax Seed
-Zinc
-Nootropics

I also take, GABA and ZMA at night, right before bed. I feel like it helps me recover and I get more restful sleep, which I know is disputed a lot, but I see results.

If you have any questions feel free to ask, I can go into diet as well if you'd like, I have a full four week plan/roadmap to starting the diet that I can hand out but it can be super extensive and I don't want to shove it down anyone's throat if they aren't interested.

As far as results I've seen, I've been pretty fit in recent years, but about six odd months ago, I was competing at 186lbs, I'm 6' and was just running up against guys who I was technically better than but they were just monsters compared to me, so I decided to drop the excess weight and in about three months I went from 186lb to 154lb. I didn't change anything but my diet, I was already do the exercises I do now.

I'm a supplement freak too! Highly recommend the 5000ui Vitamin D3 tablets to add to that list!

As far as workouts go I have an ab app I do in the morning and at night but I am usually lifting in the gym. Squats and deadlifts baby! :)

I'm on my phone right now but when I get to my laptop I'll post the basics and send you some of the other stuff I've got. The best news though is it won't cost near what a lot say they do. It's probably cheaper the problem is it takes more time especially at first.

I've started a rigorous training schedule last week. I get up at 6 in the morning, get a healthy breakfast, go to uni/work and then they won't let me sit down until 5pm. When I get back home I have some bread with stuff on it and I go to sleep. It's working pretty good, already lost 0.4kg last week and I feel a lot better in the mornings. In the evenings... not so much. :thumb02:
