Favorite food dishes for each type of food

Wasn't sure what phrasing to use. But you're favorite foods in each class/type/country whatever.

Mexican- Steak/beef fajitas. Also love chips and queso/cheese dip.

Italian- I love a good Chicken Parmesan.

Korean- Bulgogi, maybe the best food on the planet.

Chinese- probably hot and spicy chicken.

American- Gotta go with a bacon cheesburger.

I'll come back and finish...time to get some lunch

After thinking about it for a minute, I realized that I enjoy food way more than I probably should. I'd have to break it down into too many damn categories, so I'll say the most succulent item I've had was a prime porterhouse with sauteed mushrooms.

"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man."
