Well, somebody at Werdum's birth city got really pissed about cyclists blocking his way and did something a little more dramatic than just talking about it in a forum, like literally grinding their gears, instead.

Nobody died here, BTW.

I complain on a forum, because if I did something about it like that, and got arrested or whatever then I lose my security licence which means unemployment

But I wish I could.

I totally understand. I got the feeling you would like to see that, specially knowing it was just a big scary episode without serious consequences.

To say the guy lost it and overreacted is a huge understatement, but word was he tried to pass and some cyclists in the back of the parade told him to suck it up and wait and he just flipped.

Things that Grind Your Gears!

People who apply "Turbo" stickers on their cars when they are not turbocharged, or V8 emblems when they are not V8 or even worse when companies themselves apply a race livery to a plain car just to sell it as a sport car or install false air intakes or non functional scoops. People who fall for that grind my gears too.

People with ego problems that get pissed when you try to help them.

Once after a kickboxing session I did some excercises besides the mat where a Jiu Jitsu class started. At some point I saw this girl who obviously had trouble with her Judo rolls, doing them in a way that was bad for her neck and preventing her from rolling smoothly. So I went to her and told her what she could adjust to do them correctly, but instead of trying it out she just barked at me that she didn't ask for help.

Not to be that guy but I've been instructing since blue belt and unless I'm running the class or asked directly I don't give advice. Unsolicited advice pretty much always isn't wanted. It's just how people are no matter if you have the best intentions.

Agree this is just a sad reality. It comes along people's immaturity and stupidity. Obviously anybody can give good advises regardless of being more or less experienced than you and even from outside your specialty and if something doesn't really helps at the moment, what's the problem on just showing some appreciation for the good will and move on? Stupid pride and lack of education, that is.
