Euro > Dollar

The Euro is now $1.40 on the dollar...

Euro tops $1.40, highest level ever against dollar - Sep. 20, 2007

Also, Canadian currency is now completely equal with the US dollar.

Yeah, this country's doing awesome. nobody owns anything. there's no jobs. we're dumb as bricks being without any comprehensive educations system. We have absolutely no useful health care system. we couldn't give two craps about our elderly. And we have no interest in stopping millions of people coming into the country and not paying taxes, because since it's a problem of illegal employment, rather than illegal immigration, nobody's going to stop business from making money off the backs of Americans.

Yeah, we're doing great...

whiskey, racism, money, grease, twinkie's, guns.....yep lol thats about it

I 100% agree, this country is headed into a serious resession, possibly even a depression. The writing is on the wall.

As of yesterday, I am 100% short across the board. The DOW will be below 13,000 by November, Mark My Words!!

it's funny, everyone, especially the GOP slams Clinton, but he had us in a huge surpluss. As soon as Bush, a southern Christian super-moral oil busuiness man took over, we ended up in a war for oil and one of the worst deficits every. They've even started asking congress to move up the debt ceiling!!!

EXACTLY!! I've been thinking that for a while. Clinton gets kicked out cause of personal reasons, despite how he has greatly improved the country in an economic way.

Canadians need to realize that the high dollar is not very good. Infact is extremely bad for Canadian export. Our shit is so expensive now, sellers are gonna have such a hard time trying to sell their shit to international markets.

Clinton didn't get kicked out, they tried too, but the Republicans were unsuccesful.

Still, we are told all the time over here that it's bad for us too that the dollar is so low... I don't understand national economy.

Funny that you brought up Clinton, I never understood that cigar thing. So he was forced to confess under oath who he had sex with for what reason exactly? And then the next president destroys the economy with a war he started on false pretences, and nobody cares about that?

If I was an American politician I'd be a republican for sure, it seems a lot easier than being a democrat.

Very true. My dad's friend who runs some major saw mills here in Vancouver for the past 50 years is having all time lows. The lumber industry is just about ready to shut down.
