Well I can say that all bar a few of those bands are terrible excuses for good music. But then again, that's my opinion. Sure, you didn't ask for it but no one asked for yours.

This is the one I didn't understand

Radio rap does kinda suck though. Metallica, Pantera, and Lynyrd Skynyrd are maybe the only bands from BoloPunch's list that can really help him argue his point more. Maybe Ministry too since they are pretty original. There is lots of good rap out there though. Wu-Tang NIGGA!

Im not with the new age rap, if it is even rap, but I do like the old school, real issues, rap such as Bone Thugs and Tupac. The new stuff is really basic, much too ignorant and dumb witted for my taste, for example, the song about chicken noodle soup with a cola on the side and the one where they talk about does your chain hang low. The only reason I think that the music is successful is the beat.

I agree. The beats can be pretty catchy, but wow do you have to be ignorant to actually relate to those kind of lyrics. I think it's sad how it's cool to be ignorant nowadays. New rap songs teach you to be as ignorant as possible, just for the sake of sounding ignorant.

"You know what it iiiiaaaa" (as if the word "is" is too hard to say)

"It's gettin hot in herrr"

"Can you handle me the way I'm are?" (seriously wtf is the point of that?)

"a bay bay"

awesome stuff plazz... I'd rep you if I could, but apparently I did too recently.

hiphop/rap comes in different forms. the mainstream stuff generally sucks. But there are still true emcees out there. Still, a lot of people won't relate to true stuff. The only way you'll relate is if you're from that environment.

Although suburban white kids relate to mainstream rap, as it is the epitome of many of their ghettofabulous fantasies. Hence, why its sold mostly to them.

Highly opinionated but out of touch with the current MMA scene.

Yea dude exactly my point. One of the funniest things about it is when kids see how stupid the artist looks on the music video when doing the "latest dance craze" they do the dance themselves given the opportunity around other "cool" kids.
