We need a good manager who knows what football is. It sucks cos we had an easy group. Scotland had a hella hard group and they were doing ace until they went out too. Ireland are gone aswell. At least Mac has stood down like he said he would.

Nobody wants the England job, no one will take it and you can not have an English manager cos no offence but there are no real English candidates.

Sam Allardyce is a man manager which is great for club football but that style of management is unsuitbale for international football. Martin O'Neill is the same.

None of the first choice candidates will take the job then you will have a "second rate" manager and the fans and media will be on his back right away and the vicious circle will continue.

hmm well thanks england 4 the wins .. i remember euro in portugal england beat croatia then .. maybe they thought of the same result but this isnt that team anymore we are more solid now.. i think our best team was in 98 france but only 11 players were playing that time cause there was no1 who could replace a prosinecki suker boban even bilic ..
now we got the whole team as good as the ones who start the game of course not the best but really good and young most of all .. every nation has to go through a crisi with their national team .. after all every nation had problems of that kind .. but if you are the inventor of the game i guess it sucks to end the group stage with a loss at new wembley.. makes it much more sweeter 4 us no doubt .. it aint over till its over like lenny kravitz would say ..

ps .. the england or london curse has been broken kinda ( mirko filipovic )

good luck next time .. hmm since i live in austria its funny .. football is coming home .. and thats Balkan area

Im English and Im not sad, Im embarrassed! The team has been shit for ages.... As a group of individuals they are world class nevermind euro class but theres something left to be desired.
Personally I blame the amount of money and fame these players from such a young age. It must mess with their heads a bit and once they start believing the hype they'll just slack off because in their mind thing will get handed to them.
We need a better national sport over here anyhoos. I mean lower league football is alright but premiership football is just pathetic these days.

Imagine if the dream team didn't qualify for basket ball, Canada didn't qualify for hockey, a Brazillian didn't qualify for jiu jitsu. That's how I equate this, just unbelievable.
