That was a dumb commercial. In the 'dam after legalization occured the crime rate went down dramatically. Also they did a high while driving study at the U when I taught there that showed the "experienced" smoker actually slowed down and drove safer. This was done in a vr driving simulator that is the premier simulator in the country(one of a kind). I think the reason it is illegal is because of the hemp industry scares the cotton/textile industry in America.. Makes a softer more durable fiber compared to cotton. The health risks for Alcohol are much higher than reefer.
