Chicks only classes

ok, I was just sitting around thinking about different styles of fighting, and different body types etc, and I wondered, do they have any arts that are female only? Our bodies are so different from a mans, and not to spark a riot here with the other girls, but we have to face it that in general a woman is not as strong as a man. There has to be some way to use certain things to our benefit, right? I mean the only things they have around here that are exclusive to women is the classes where some poor fella gets in a padded suit and a distraught old lady kicks him in the gonads and yells STOP! NOOOO!
There just has to be something out there for us

well as for arts that are women only not really, most were developed by men, though there are some that women can do just as good a a man where a womans unique natural attributes can actually assist her. Many form of Kung fu, other forms that focus more on leverage as opposed to strength like Aikido which is one I even plan to take. I am sure others will know some other arts that are good for women that do not require lots of strength.

ogh there probably is, but I am not aware of if there is one an art that is just for women only. there are some schools that have women only classes because some women feel self conscious about doing physical activity around men, but I would avoid these types of classes because if you never practice against a man your going to be in trouble when it is a man who attacks you, the size power and weight will be overwhelming.

ok while there is nothing wrong with an all womens class in general, if you are taking one I highly suggest finding a male training partner who you trust and has greater skill in the art to practice with I would say once a week or minimum bi-weekly.
