I'm just sayin, picture your typical American cig smoker and think about how many fruits and veggies they eat a day, or how much tea they drink, compared to the copious amounts of fast food, soda, beer, and junk food they eat** Then think about how Japanese people can sit there chain smoking non-filters all day long and still be healthy as a 70 year old**
Thats a good point.....

I smoke marlboro lights 72s, used to smoke reds.

I don't smoke very often compared to the usual smoker, maybe 1-2cigs a day, 10 or so at a party and I go a few months a year without smoking on average.

Now I'm a feller with a heart of gold
And the ways of a gentleman I've been told
The kind of guy that wouldn't even harm a flea
But if me and a certain character met
The guy that invented the cigarette
I'd murder that son-of-a-gun in the first degree

It ain't cuz I don't smoke myself
And I don't reckon that it'll harm your health
Smoked all my life and I ain't dead yet

But nicotine slaves are all the same
At a pettin' party or a poker game
Everything gotta stop while they have a cigarette

I love people who say smoking calms them down, failing to realise it's because they are addicted to nicotine.

I'm amazed at how many people on here smoke.

I'm glad people can't smoke in public places in the UK anymore, I think it's a good way to encourage people who only smoke when they are out to stop.

i quit smoking about 7 years ago, and quit chewing almost 6 years. and i miss the chew much much more... but oddly i had a really really hard time quitting smoking... i was an absolute dick, gained alot of weight and was just a ripe bastard all the time... i decided to quit when i woke up one day and coughed, and got a huge glob of phlem come up and all i tasted was ciggarettes..... i decided then to quit. i turned into an asshole so i stared chewing again... and i mellowed out alot. after a few months i quit chewing.... gained weight, but didnt have any of the other side effects.

i do miss chewing... man i would love a dip of Kodiak.... but i still havent had any in like 6 years....

ah well.... i just drink now, thats my only vice... well and porn.
