Groomsmen gifts....any suggestions?

So I am bringing a moderately succesful bachelor career to a close this summer and I gotta pick out some gifts for my groomsmen. Anybody gotten or given anything cool? I had one buddy give monogrammed coolers, another monogrammed cufflinks. Any suggestions are appreciated.

The best ones I've seen are personal ones targeted at each individual. Sure, expensive stuff is always cool, but cool little things get a lot more use and recognition.

one of my friends really likes Guiness and Irish pubs, so he got a sign from an Irish Pub that said "Brad's Pub" and the kid couldn't have been happier. Just make it personal.

(this sounded really queer, I apologize)

I got a few: flasks ~ maybe with their name on it, as the dude above me said personal beer signs are always cool, maybe cigars, a custom zippo /w w.e if they're a smoker. just my 2cents

Avoid Flasks, EVERYONE does flasks and I bet you dont know 2 people who carry one probably not even one and you wont afterwards either so save the money. Im trying to plan mine right not and since Im getting married in BC Im thinking of chartering a boat for an afternoon and going out on the water to party it up the day before instead of buying them an actual physical gift.

I've heard of people giving really nice pocket knives as a gift before the groomsmen liked them.

For my Groomsmen last year I got them personlized Crown Royal bottles. IF you go on the Crown Royal website you can sign up to their club and get 5 free personalized labels per month. So I bought 5 bottles of Crown Royal, ripped off the label and put the new personalized label. It went somethink like this...

Groomsmen John Doe

For my Bestman and Father in law, I got Crown Royal Special Reserve and did the samething. I was tired of getting flasks and lighters, I thought this was pretty unique.

When I got married I gave my groomsmen some really nice personalized money clips. I had their names ( nicknames ) engraved on them but also included a little saying that was personal between me and each individual.

For example, I had this engraved on my buddy Sean's clip:

DOUGHBOY
"I've got my bail money"

I picked that because he used to always say that before we hit the bars. ( we got arrested a few times for fighting while getting sh*tfaced at bars )

Gift certificates to Lane Bryant. It's manly as hell and they have amazing stretch pants.
